I was absolutely amazed by the stunning view from our room at Riva Arun. The deluxe room we booked exceeded our expectations and the view of Wat Arun was even better than the website photos showed. The hotel's modern and stylish design made our stay feel luxurious, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooftop bar provided one of the best views in Bangkok, and the prices were reasonable. The location was central, allowing us to easily walk to popular attractions like Wat Pho and The Grand Palace, and taking a ferry ride to Wat Arun was a breeze. I especially appreciated the complementary cold drink and hand washers upon arrival, as well as the personalized hand-written postcard we received during check-out. I highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and unforgettable experience.

Additionally, the hotel's white walls and door frames showed some darker areas, giving a slightly dingy appearance, although everything was exceptionally clean. The shower setup could be improved, as water tended to leak over into the toilet area due to improper floor sloping, although the provided shower mat helped to minimize this issue.

No complains at all, the venue met what was needed. I liked this hotel, it was fairly clean and stylish. The fabulously friendly staff despite the manager attemptiing to "fix' provided all the necessary info. The location was good and beautiful - just 5 minutes' walk from a monumental Buddhist temple. The meals in a rooftop restaurant were delicious.

This place offers a luxurious experience with an incredible view. The riverside district is a great location to stay in. The food and drinks were excellent. The large terrace was a major factor in our decision to choose this hotel. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus.
